We offer HFW services to the families of youth with emotional and behavioral challenges with involvement in multiple systems such as mental health, child welfare, juvenile/criminal justice and special education.

The youth served by HFW have multi-system involvement and complicated challenges. HFW seeks to intervene before these challenges lead to more restrictive levels of care, higher costs, and poor outcomes.
